I hope every Mom, Grandma, and Great Grandma had a happy Mother’s Day! This year I had a very special Mother’s day to celebrate—Caroline, my daughter is 3 and I am over 3 months pregnant with our 2nd baby. What gifts families and children are!
Another HUGE gift of the season is Spring … and the great opportunity to take our workouts – and our children – outdoors.
Whether you do the exercises in this video at home or outside, they are great ways to tone your legs, arms and abs. And when you do them with your kids, you teach your kids to value exercise.
So the next time you find yourself tempted to skip exercise because you “feel guilty taking time from family,” scoop your little ones up and do it together. Because the best gift we can give to our families is our own health. 🙂
