You’ve indicated a willingness to participate in our 8-Week Challenge, and we’re thrilled!

All you have to do is share some basic information with us and we’ll go on this journey with you. Just complete the form below, click “Let’s Start” and we’ll get back to you in 24 hours with a picture you can post to your favorite social media page (like Facebook) and share with your friends.

As you go through your 8-week journey, we’ll check in with you to find out how you’re doing. As you give us updates on your progress, we’ll work on getting the Let’s Move community behind you. Complete all eight weeks and post at least three updates to your favorite social media page and we’ll send you a “Let’s Move Quad Cities” t-shirt when you’re through.
